1. A 180-day warranty is provided starting from the date of pick-up from the seller.

2. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the machine directly from SHENZHEN RUMAX. Once the miner is resold, the warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the re-seller rather than SHENZHEN RUMAX.

Shipping :

All orders will be dispatched As per Delivery Batch In Order. Machine Will be shipped In 2-3 Days from the Warehouse, in case of bulk orders we may take a day or two extra days.

We always try to ship to all our customers as soon as possible. We ship the product via (DHL Express/ UPS) after a full payment of the order has been verified (Payment via CryptoCurrency payment gateway).

International delivery usually takes about 5-8 business days. More Remote Locations may take 8-10 days
We mostly use lower prices than purchased for the shipping invoice, this helps our clients to pay very little to nothing on customs in their country

      Sorry for the inconveniences. We ran out of stock due to many orders for Antminer S9j, so we had to ship an asic with similar specifications as stated in our terms of use ( antminer l3+ has higher earnings than s9j, only great difference is l3+ mines litecoin or dogecoin rather)
